Flair is an excellent mechanic to keep the descriptions flowing while Heroes take risks. It encourages players to switch tactics and add unpredictability. Unfortunately, while Flair is useful when forming approaches, it doesn't apply to actions within a sequence. Thus, there is little incentive to switch skills during a sequence, especially when the hero is penalized for it.
